Kristen was very knowledgeable and very helpful in getting me through the setup process. Made me feel very confident in using the machine. Very helpful!

It was great to have Karen come to the house. She brought everything I needed and went over all the instruments functions. She was friendly and answered all my questions. The only negative I can think of is that the company doesn’t call you until the day of your appt to schedule a time. My schedule is fairly flexible but a person with a lot of meetings may not have that flexibility.

Amazing personality and very helpful

Cannot Recommend. Unprofessional, dishonest and only out for the buck. The CPAP machine I got from them didn’t work for me—I had to return it. They didn’t care it didn’t work…they knew it wasn’t working and started to autoship replacement parts anyway. I returned the autoshipped parts with CPAP machine as instructed and they are trying charge me for the shipment anyway saying they never received it. I am so sick about money grubbing dishonest companies like Adapt. Find another company to get your CPAP machine.

The receptionist and Kathie were very nice.

Jason was thorough with his instruction in the hone and did not leave until we made sure how everything worked and that everything was working properly.
