Marvin adapted to my work schedule. He thoroughly explained my new equipment and was extremely helpful. He was also very friendly and I enjoyed our conversation. The lady who set up the appointment and contacted me for the reminder was also very helpful and friendly.

The respiratory therapist was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He was able to answer all of my questions and did a good job of walking me through the CPAP machine that I needed and also talked with me about sleep apnea. This is all new to me and I left there feeling a lot better and with my questions answered.
