Sylvia has probably helped save my husbands life. Machines at hospital were totally off and they insisted he use theirs. She went above and beyond what any one else would have done. We were going to change dr's, but after discussion we decided to stay with dr who put husband on machine. Highly recommend her. Wish all medical professionals had her desire to help in any way possible

It was a very informative class and Ali was so kind. The first mask I tried instantly frustrated me and I thought I was going to cry. I wanted this to be easy and work straight out of the gate. There was 5 of us in the class and though Ali was talking with someone else, she knew instantly that I was struggling. She sat down next to me and was encouraging and we talked about what wasn't working. She found a better mask, one that didn't frustrate me, and I am truly grateful that she was there.
