Courtney was fantastic and answered all of my questions while taking all of the time needed to make sure we got the right mask. He was fantastic from start to finish.

If I could give them a 0 .. I would. It’s been the WORST Homecare company I have ever acquired. They don’t acknowledge that if a patient has a power. Port it’s because they can’t have their veins accessed. They’ve given the runaround for over a month to get labs- now that I demand that my mother be discharged , now they act sweet and try to see if they can resolve the issue- no humanity, no concern and no empathy. Thumbs down!! So disappointed! There are better Homecare companies who really know what they’re doing and put patients first, like it should be!
