The guy who delivered my wheelchair today called me a couple/few hours beforehand to let me know he would be coming, which was a heads-up with plenty of time. His spoken ETA changed and it must've been tied to his GPS's time, that or he programmed his route, because I then received an automated update text that his ETA would be about half an hour later, which I really appreciated so that I didn't spend extra time looking out for him. And that updated ETA ended up being very accurate, which was cool. AND he was very nice and personable, showed me a couple things about the wheelchair that I didn't know, and carried it up the stairs and brought it all the way inside where I wanted it with no problem. He is definitely the right kind of person to be representing the company, and I hope they actually read this and give him a raise for representing the company so well, because he is the perfect employee for whom you want to be representing you. The best!!on communication and service

Read reviews on other sites, especially the BBB. Their billing practices are deceptive at best. I was told on my original set up that my total amount owed would be around $100. After the first month I was billed over $300. After numerous communications, my total changed to $600 and then to $950. They don't communicate what you will actually owe until it's too late to return the equipment. Look elsewhere if you can.

The staff who taught me how to use the equipment was knowledgeable & very helpful

Service person was very courteous. He came and did what he was supposed to. Very respectful.

Gary was very helpful. He answered every question we asked. He was able to help us in getting the CPAP machine.

The technician talked with me by phone before coming out and listened when I expressed my needs in the new machine. He chose an excellent model that met my needs. He wore a mask per my request. He gave me information I needed to care for the new machine. He was an all-around pleasant and nice person, it was my pleasure to meet him.
