The people who answered the phone are really friendly and polite and gentleman who brings the supplies is a really nice man.

David was thorough and helpful. He made sure that I knew how the machine worked and how to change/check everything on it. My issue was with the quality of the used machine that was brought out to me initially.

Being on time, personal contact. Knowledge of product. Explanation of procedure.

Marquis communicated with me today May 13, 2024, and took the time to make arrangements with management at my aunt's apt building to pick up equipment...thank you Marquis! And, also to Richmond...on Friday, May 10th, he called to attempt pick up, but I wasn't able to be there. So thank you for trying Richmond!

The young lady who helped me at Fletcher did an excellent job. The person who processed my order did not. They did not send the headgear straps that hold the facemask onto my head, This is one of the most important parts as it gets dirty and the velcro quits holding. They also sent me the wrong filters again. This ongoing issue requires a trip to your office to pick up the correct and/or missing parts of my shipment. This is a very poor job.
