This is the worst company to deal with if you need DME SUPPLIES for Diabetes we ordered our supplies June 1, and it’s July 1 and we still don’t have our pump supplies from them and every time you call a customer service agent will tell you something different first it’s a billing issue then it’s a doctors chart note issue or the insurance company only let you have a supply of 30 days versus 90 days the constantly hold back orders and they don’t reach out. You have to reach out to them to find out where your supplies are if you don’t get them they’re very incompetent and not willing to go the extra mile to help you with a life or death situation .

Alejandra was great. She was responsive to questions and had a good understanding of both the machine and how to communicate the information.

The young lady CC was amazing, she was very personable and down the Earth and made you feel like you were home. We need more people like her out here in the business..
