Appt was great but the waiting room was hot with no air.

Everything was explained to me about the functions of the new CPAP and reporting, ordering supplies, and my new face mask options. Based on the new face scan technology, I’m eager to try out the face mask that was recommended for me. The information shared and the time spent there was extremely valuable to me.

pick up request was scheduled for monday didnt happen till tuesday. A call to postpone it would have been nice. The billing system is a mess, I get emails on Sat. and Sunday's , Some bills come from N or S Carolina, Gainesville Ga,, Los Angeles, Ca. and Fla.. Invoices come 2 or 3 days in a row with due dates spread thru the month. Add to this the lag time for Ins. EOB forms. It is not easy to keep straight, there is room for improvement, Thanks for listening and I'll be watching for changes.
