There was a mix up on what time my appointment was. I had 10:30 AM and they had 2:00 PM. I live 45 minutes away and they were able to find someone to see me at 10:30. I was so happy that I didn't have to drive home and then come back again. Having to make 2 trips would have meant I would be on the road for 3 hours. Thank you for being able to accommodate me!!

So where to start, my pulmonary Doc. had recommended this company to use for my new CPAC machine. Well the staff were great and helpful but from there it goes downhill. They forget to tell that you will be renting the equipment for about $100s a month even when the machine was paid for by my insurance so far it is going to be $1200 more out of pocket. So beware of this company and the things they do without telling you, if I had known this I would not have gone thru this company. So today I called the billing dept. and I am dealing with a woman by the name of Shell ( 3884655 ) from the Philippines who can not explain why there was or when the rental program ends. So I can not recommend using this company for any health care needs unless you like giving away your money.

Matt gave a great presentation and provided excellent instruction on CPAP device and usage. I was actually dreading having to sit through a 1 1/2 hour group session but really glad I did after. This was a very informative session. After just using my new CPAP device a few nights, I have slept better, waking up rested and having more energy during the day. In addition, I haven’t had the stuffy nose or congestion that I had been experiencing for some time with my old CPAP, that I had been using since 2015. Thank you David Dunlap

Alejandra was excellent to work with. She is professional, very customer-focused, and pleasant. She helped get me the parts that I needed to keep my CPAP working smoothly. You are lucky to have such a competent employee.

While the customer service from Adapthealth and more specifically Aerocare were excellent I still was a bit confused on who to talk about any questions for a majority of this process. My doctor nor sleep study place give me much information. Luckily Christopher from Aerocare was nice enough to answer all of my questions and made me feel better about having to use a sleep study machine. All in all once I found out I had sleep apnea the process was done rather quickly and I got a machine and mask that suits me well.

Anthony dropped off my daughter’s walker today. He arrived in the room while I was on the phone and I asked if someone needed to sign, my daughter asked me if she could sign and I said probably not because you are still a minor, but I won’t be there for about 20 minutes. He walked right outside the door and said to a nurse,” mom said she couldn’t sign and that she wouldn’t be here for 30 minutes I’m not staying here” . Completely unprofessional and a rude. Especially since one that’s not what was stated and two in ear shot of my child.

The rep was new but pleasant and eager to learn.
