Condenser was delivered to the hotel we were staying at as requested. Since this machine is necessary for overnight sleeping while we are away from home, knowing the service will be provided is a blessing.

Amanda is AMAZING! She explained the equipment in such a down to earth way that I feel confident that I can set it up my own. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable. I feel like I have a great coach in my corner!

Dealing with a person & not a computer! I wish I could buy just the defective tube instead of the whole mask.

My 7 yr old son broke his leg and I needed a wheelchair. I called around to many places with all of them promising to call me back, none did. I was on the phone with this company for 5 minutes and they said they had wheelchairs to rent, went in and 30 min later had one in hand. Great people!!!

I have rarely had such great customer service from caring individuals. Oxygen delivery, setup wass the best that it could be. Professional and friendly. They seem to be part of Royal HoseStar LLC but my experience has been the best.
