Terry Berry, sleep therapist, is a most excellent representative of your company ! He an excellent listener, very knowledgeable ,patient, friendly, helpful, and kind. He answered all of my questions and concerns. I am grateful that I now have a new C-pap machine and that Terry gave his all in going over all the details thoroughly.

Vince was a very knowledgeable and patient technician. He carefully explained how to set up and use my new machine, and patiently guided my repetition of the steps. He answered all the questions I asked, even my "What am I forgetting to ask?" question. He inspired confidence that I will be faithful and comfortable in using my new BiPAP device.
