Patty was super nice and knowledgeable. Put my concerns at ease and my first night with the machine went great

They sent me the wrong equipment, then charged me again when I had to order the correct equipment, then auto drafted another $205 saying the order was not paid. Nobody is helpful because you always have to be transferred to another department. I have had them for years, but something seems to have changed and the service sucks. They wont even correct their own mistakes without charging you.

I received my new machine from Lenore. She was great...very professional, friendly, and efficient.

The technician was so helpful. Very nice. Spent time to answer all my questions and explain things to me.

Becky came out promptly and she was a pleasure to deal with.

The young man was great in providing services for my CPAP. He was very knowledgeable and shared information on how to keep my unit clean. In the number of years I have been using a CPAP, no once have shared that information as he did today.
