Poor communications. Customer service is actually for billing--taking payments. Any questions about pay off dates, remaining amount due before the equipment is ours, etc. throws this outsourced customer service team off balance. Comprehension for other than "Here is what you owe, how do you want to pay?" is a real struggle.

I called to update my insurance information and the lady was rude and put me on hold. 20 minutes late I hung un and am writing this review.
