I spoke with Mary Catherine several times with regard to a repair and a replacement part for my Hospital Bed. Mary Catherine Is the voice of AdaptHealth because she answers the phone. She has an excellent telephone voice, she is cordial and friendly, she is professional, she is eager to solve problems. She listens carefully. Therefore, she understood what I needed. In the case of the replacement part, her facility did not have the part in stock. While I was on a quick hold, she checked with a number of colleagues until she found one who could check for the part at other nearby facilities. The part was available in one of those other facilities. She made sure it was transferred to her facility by the next day. Since the technician was coming to my home the day after that, Mary Catherine was able to be sure that the replacement part was on his truck. Mary Catherine is an excellent interface between the public and AdaptHealth. My experience with Mary Catherine warrants a five star out of five rating. Quintin Booker was our AdaptHealth technician. He was out two days ago to make the repair. He drove for an hour each way. Quintin introduced himself upon arrival. He was wearing a clean uniform. He was friendly, well spoken, and professional. He quickly made the repair, cleaned up where he had worked, and helped my wife remake the bed before leaving. He promised that he would return as soon as the replacement part arrived. Quintin returned today with the replacement part. He was friendly and professional. He invited my wife to observe his repair, and explained his actions at each step. When he installed the replacement part, he showed my wife what that part did. He cleaned up where he worked and carried the packing material away when he left. He was well spoken and explained how he would install the part, and checked its performance before he left. Quintin is an excellent interface between the public and AdaptHealth. My experience with Quintin warrants a five stars out of five rating. Since my experience with AdaptHealth is described above. Given that experience, I give AdaptHealth a five stars out of five rating.
