What a Rip Off company. Erroneously billed for months and some bills were 6 months old but paid. Any doctor sending you to them has to be getting kick backs. Had to cancel a credit card because random charges kept being billed. No wonder they have so many lawsuits against them.

Donnie was very patient and helped me with the proper fit for my Cpap mask to allow maximum comfort. I appreciate the friendliness of everyone I have had the pleasure of working with during this process.

If I could give this company a zero I would. I have been trying to get a home oximeter test set up for four weeks. Multiple phone calls, transferred to different departments. I was told emails were being sent to the correct people, I sent emails through “Contact Us” on their website and all I get is the runaround. If I could deal with a different company I would, but this is who my doctor’s office deals with.

They young man was wonderful. The day he brought the oxygen tank, concentrator and the table. He did wonderful when he picked things up also

The process for getting my machine was painless. Nicole had everything ready when I arrived, went over everything clearly, and the supplies they didn’t have on hand in the office she ordered and had shipped to me before I left, so I should get them in a week.

I called at 2 pm and asked for areplacement machine because mine kept throwing an error light. A little after 3 pm, I had my new machine up and running. I cannot believe I had such awesome service. Both the telephone representative and Justin, the delivery technician, were knowledgeable and extremely helpful, taking my need seriously and getting the job done in an amazing fast time. Thank you all so much.

The man that came to our home was so helpful. He kindly explained everything. He was wonderful . He also cleaned everything up. Very courteous and respectful.
