I keep getting a text message saying, they need more information from my doctor my doctor has sent information at least 4 times but they seem to not get them. This company is disgusting. You can't get ahold of anybody that knows anything about what's going on and then they hang up on you. Whoever authorized this company to take over my healthcare needs needs to be fired. Every time I get in touch with this company, I leave with my blood pressure screaming, because I want to go there and grab somebody and shake them, they don't know how to do their jobs and they don't know how to treat patients. I wish this company nothing but the worst.

My mother w dementia was being discharged from the hospital n they wouldn’t release her without oxygen oh I forgot to mention it was a holiday. My mother was so upset she wanted to go home to her bed to her home. Adapthealth made that happen. As the hours passed I was already resigned when I got the call. We both got excited n happy sure enough by 5 pm Emt arrived to take us home w oxygen n the big tank was delivered to my home. THANK. U ADAPTHEALTH for making this possible I am grateful TY

Awesome experience! Kelly fully explained my new remed 11 bipap machine. She had me go through the Procedure to insure I be good to go when I got home. She is just outstanding!
