Your tech communicated with us on his arrival time which was most helpful. When he arrived he was very professional.. He went right to work, fixed the problem and explained how to fix the issue in the future. Extremely happy.

I purchased the am pm cortisol bundle. Used the Ashwagandha and Sleep and Relaxation and it was amazing. Purchase 2 more lots and the Sleep and Relaxation was a completely different formula. Have emailed 3 times and fb messaged and no reply after 3 weeks. So disappointing as I had been recommending to everyone given the amazing first order.

I would love to why AdaptHealth is refusing to serve as my DME provider after being a good customer for a few years now. They have delayed my CPAP supplies for over 6 weeks and they have run my insurance, my insurance has confirmed they are in-network, then they call me back hours later and tell me they are cancelling my order and they don't take my insurance. They are telling me I MUST become a patient of Rotech who I have never heard of AND they have less than 1.8/5 star reviews. Excuse me? Waiting on a supervisor now. I keep trying to call the local office Gould's in Clarksville however their number keeps bouncing to the national AdaptHealth number. Shameful behavior. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Sad because I love my respiratory therapist in person in Clarksville, but this is just bad business by Adapt Health.

The gentleman Marquis that picked up my oxygen was excellent 5 star to him. He's very polite and friendly. As to adapt health I was to be switched over automatically from one home, which I wasn't then it was like impossible so I went back to lincare finally
