Holidays always seem to throw this company into a delivery tizzy. In the long run this will hopefully get me back on Thursday delivery, which is what I prefer. Ray Quon is a great delivery person as is Kelbin who does my Tuesday deliveries. Things have improved greatly over the last 6 months and I am hopeful that will continue.

The directions were not detailed . And with it being in an industrial park with no signage was difficult. The experience with Drew was great she was intensive. And the process was easy going .
