The tech called within hours to let me know he was six minutes away, arrived and switched out my oxygen concentrator on his way to another job in Topeka KS. Took all of five minutes and done!

AdaptHealth provided everything I needed to recover comfortably at home. Their equipment is top-quality, and the staff guided me through setup and usage with patience and care.

I received a prompt response and he was the best person that I have experienced with Adapthealth. Incredibly patient and kind, listened and knowledgeable. I’m on Hospice Care hence I’m dying, he even went above and beyond to explain things multiple times until I understood. He replaced everything and is coming back with the correct cord size this coming week. After that, if I ever need help again with my oxygen I pray I’m gifted with him. He deserves a big kudos and I hope your company honors him with something. Excellent employee you don’t want to lose.

Cheryl did a wonderful job explaining the machine to me today and made sure I was comfortable with it. She answered my questions easily and made me feel very comfortable.

Equipment was delivered exactly where and when promised along with great instructions for use.

The delivery was scheduled quickly and the driver was amazing. He was helpful, courteous and compassionate.
