Tedo was very professional, informative & friendly. He answered all our questions & alleviated my fears about using a machine at night. He gave helpful suggestions for use & care of the equipment. The check-in people were also very friendly & professional.

Today was my first visit and training for CPAP use. Aly was very kind, spoke clearly, and answered all of our questions promptly and with expert knowledge. Never having dealt with this machine before I was a little nervous but she made everything so simple and easy to understand. Thank you, Aly!

Horrible service and I am not happy with any part of the process. Can’t even talk with a supervisor, ridiculous!!! Today I got hung up on before transferring me for the broken equipment. Fatima hung up on me. Plus last time I talked to her she screwed up my order!! Fatima should reprimand her for her horrible service or fire her. The only saving grace you have is some good people working for you. Do better!! Your customer service is lacking and you need to fix it ASAP. Let your customers talk to a supervisor. Very stressful and ridiculous that you can’t even get a hold of a supervisor, freaking ridiculous!!! Do better!!
