Great communication, arrived on time. Very pleasant.

When I 1st started with using there services back in Spring of 2025 they were great but I changed insurance and they told me I had to start all over again to pay for a CPAP machine that my last insurance already paid for they said since I switched insurance. I had to start over new and be re billed for the equipment. I just didn’t understand how that was possible. And how is that legal for a company to charge 2 different insurances for one ☝️ item.

Process from rec'ving order to device pick up was efficient, friendly & overall great. Mrs. Parmer is patient in her teaching, she took her time and accommodated to a younger patient. She went above & beyond. Mrs. Parmer & AdaptHealth set the bar not many will be able to attain. Will return & recommend to anyone.

The class was great, although I would've liked our teacher to guide us through the app, it took me a while to figure it out. It was very hard to get the appointment with aerocare when I called and left messages 4 times before getting an answer. Aerocare, great, Adaptahealth not good.

Brandon our technician was courteous and answered all my questions. He didn't hurry or rush his explanations and made sure I understood how it all worked and assured me if there were any problems or issues would be handled quickly with no hassles. If we needed anything call or stop into the store.
