It was great Received my things quick

I’d give them negative stars if possible. 6 appointments to check our mother’s batteries on her mobile chair and SIX CANCELLATIONS/POSTPONEMENTS!!! Always and excuse! “Only 2 techs working”; “ had to pull tech for emergency”; several times they just did not show up nor call us. Poor management. If I managed the company I’d fire front office and and probably techs as well. How hard is it to pick up phone and call!!!

Juan was on time and sent me a text about 45 minutes before he got to my home. He exchanged my portable for a new one- no questions asked. My condenser broke down last night. I asked him if he could take a look at it. No problem. Found a cracked humidifier bottle and the guy who brought my order about 9 months ago never told me to use distilled water/ Oophs.

The tech that helped was was great. Very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Fast service and nice tech!

Miranda was quick and efficient, she was super nice and helpful. The only downside is you have to call them otherwise you won't get any supplies and make sure you do it a week before you run out especially if you live in a small town. Keep up the good work Miranda and hopefully the office will catch up with you.

This was my first experience with Adapthealth and I am very impressed. Luis A. represented this company so well. He patiently explained how to use each item he delivered. I couldn't be happier with this service. Much better than our previous service. Our sincere thanks to Luis and Adapthealth.
