Very poor experience with this company. They made a delivery on the day o was being discharged, and my husband missed that they were supposed to provide a wheelchair cushion and anti-tippers. They did not leave these. I was reviewing the invoice hard copy and noticed these two line items. I just spent 35 minutes, mostly on hold, between the main number and a local site they redirected me too. After that, they could not resolve the issue and stated they will have to redirect the request to their management team who will call me back “as soon as possible”. So they have overcharged me for two items I did not receive, and so far are unwilling to fix it.

Came on a Sunday. Very polite agent and very knowledgeable. Liked this guy.
