Excellent experience, in home fitting!! Scheduling bot was annoying, but I waited during business hours to schedule and speak with a human that was able to send a clinician to me! Excellent experience, in home fitting!! Set up my machine, answered any questions I had and walked me thorough cleaning and care for my shiny new CPAP machine!! Showed me the app and all of the settings, and what goals I should be aiming for with sleep score and events/hour. My clinician Oliver was sweet, knowledgeable, an expert with the machine and app, super kind and personable, and responsible with a call the day before, text with app info, and secure with badge/matching photo etc. Wonderful process highly recommend, and made everything less daunting with my first time on a CPAP.

McKesson uses this company to handle the home care insurance claims for various wound care supplies. When you call them you get passed around. You are asked the same info by multiple associates, they send requests for approvals of supplies to wrong providers, then cancel the order without telling you when they don’t get the info. They bill your insurance for items you never received then send you nasty messages when you refuse to pay for items never received. Billing your insurance for incorrect items or items not received is fraud. I have spent so much time back tracking with my insurance about them paying for this kind of stuff. I have spent so much time on the phone with them trying to get things right. As a caregiver I don’t have that kind of time.

Amanda is absolutely the best! I was experiencing significant irritation around my nose from my nasal mask and asked Amanda for help. After I got my prescription for a full-face mask, she took the time to go over the options in full-face masks and explain the features and benefits of the various styles. After I selected one, she carefully adjusted the headgear to make sure I had the proper fit. She is truly dedicated to helping her clients succeed with their sleep therapy. My experience with CPAP has been great thanks to Amanda! I credit her with my success and for the fact that I'm a very satisfied client of Adapt Health. Thanks very much Amanda!!

Prescription sent 26 March. Filled 30 April. Tough going more than a month with no real sleep. Many requests for information, two responses. I will ensure that in the future my requirements are met by professionals. My experience with your organization is rated as horrible and I would not recommend your organization to anyone. Sorry, but I haven’t slept for a while.
