LOOOVE my new e-bike! Shipped very quickly, was easy to finish putting together. Excellent ride - great quality. Would highly recommend to anyone shopping for an e-bike!

I was looking to get 3 e-bikes for my family. Obviously price was going to be important, but also build quality and features. After doing an exhaustive search, because there are so many bike brands, bike types etc., I landed on Actbest e-bikes. They had everything I was looking for that matched the needs of my family. I wanted to find different bikes designs, but with the same battery range and speed. When I ordered the bikes, they all came on-time, although one was damaged during shipping. I contacted the seller about the damage and they were very responsive and are sending out the replacement parts. That tells me they stand by their product and value their customers, even if the damage was not caused by them. The bikes are all well made and durable. The range on the battery and the speed posted for the bikes was accurate and the bikes look great.

I recently purchased an Actbest e-bike, and so far, I’ve been really impressed. The bike arrived on time, well-packaged, and in perfect condition. Assembly was straightforward, with clear instructions, and I was able to get it up and running quickly. The ride quality is solid—smooth acceleration, decent battery life, and a comfortable design. The adjustable seat height is a great feature, making it easy to find the right fit. For short commutes to school and the gym, this bike has been a game-changer. It’s compact, folds easily, and has just the right balance of power and portability. The delivery process was hassle-free, and I appreciated that everything arrived as expected. Overall, if you're looking for a reliable and affordable e-bike for daily use, the Actbest is definitely worth considering.

Honest and reliable. My e-bike was delivered sooner than originally expected and arrived in perfect condition. I also appreciate the easy tracking process.
