The bike was basically put together unlike other ebikes. The speed is pretty fast and it got to me earlier than expected

First of all, they say on the website that you get the bike in 3 to 5 business days, I waited 10 and now I am moving and the bike came broken. They never answer the phone when you call, never!! And now that the bike is broken they won’t even return our phone calls and we sent an email with a video of the problem and still will not return our calls. You definitely wanna deal with a better company. I spent almost $600 on a broken bike.

Overall everything you need in an e bike

Buying an e-bike online i was extremely nervous especially with the price being one of the lowest i found during my search. That being said i purchases the Step over mountain bike in Orange. It stated shipping in 3-5 days, but a weak later no bike. I began to call and leave messages, the response time was slow usually taking a day or two. But every call seems to be productive, but I had no shipping information updated. They apologized and added mud guards and back rack for my inconvenience. I was told the issue was getting the color. I was given the option to change colors for a quicker delivery. Hours later i received and email showing my orange bike was being shipped. 3 days later my e-bike arrived and it was better than i expected. I gave 5 stars despite the issue, because the price and bike quality was clearly worth the inconvenience.

As a taller 6'2" rider I elected to get this Actbest 27.5" over the 26" other brand ebike we got for the DW. This one fits my taller hight and wieght better. So far after it test run it does everything it is supposed to do. The bike Shifts well, and has all the power I need for when I run out of power. The assembly instructions leave a lot to be desired. I got the optional rack and included fenders in the box but there were no instructions at all. For the bike assemblyi had to rely on there 1 minute Utube video that leaves you wondering if you got it right ?
