Great bike for a great deal. Their customer service is wonderful-- one of my wheel rims was damaged in shipping and they were able to send me a replacement. Very easy to get in contact with. Assembly is easy and they have helpful videos online as well.

Actbest electric bikes are a great value for money! I bought one for my wife first and then for myself. I've bought electric bikes before but this one is by far my favorite. When I first got it, it had a few minor issues. I fixed them myself and then reported the issues to Actbest. They apologized immediately and sent me a small gift. I was very happy with the interaction and it made the purchase even more special.

Firstly I love the bike I purchased. It's a great commuter bike, I have ridden nearly everyday to work. The purple wrapping is very unique and stands out from the average bike. The battery lasts a long time, it makes me feel secure as a rider that I can ride several miles without worry. The bike also came with a lot of features. Best bike on the market for its price. Secondly customer service has always been helpful, I ordered through another company and had to contact customer service. They were so helpful, got me what I needed within 2 days if that. They are willing to do the customer a solid, putting the customer experience first!
