Over 5 months of ActBest bikes not sending warranty parts. Nothing but long delays and broken promises. 2 weeks ago they agreed to send out a new control pad. That has come and gone. No new response to emails of where the part is. My 11 years olds bike has been not working for just over 5 months. Stay away from act best bikes!

Lack of ActBest parts and support makes purchases of bikes a one time, no fix, no maintenance & no replacement decision, as they spent months delaying responses to issues and don’t have parts in inventory.

We bought 2 bikes with a lot of accessories. When we have had issues with not having all parts they have shipped us out replacements. They have been easy to work with for the most part. I’ll recommend the bikes.

Every since purchasing my E-bike from Actbest I have had good communication with customer support. All my questions have been answered to satisfaction. I purchased the Summit and it has been awesome as well. This experience has been positive and rewarding!

Ordered a bike with the saddle bag and got sent with a basket by mistake, costumer service handled it promptly and sent the saddle bag out at no extra cost and did not ask for the basket to be sent back. Very satisfied.
