I've now put a little over 1,000 miles…

I've now put a little over 1,000 miles on my ACTBEST e-bike, and I couldn't be happier with it. I've had a few minor issues along the way, as you can expect with any bike, but ACTBEST, and especially Kaylin, have been extremely helpful, responsive, and professional every step of the way. It took me a little time to dial in all the adjustments exactly to my liking, but once I did, this bike has been amazing. It's comfortable, capable, and as fast as you want it to be. I ride mostly in 7th gear with pedal assist level 2, which gives me a good workout and still helps when I'm tackling the hills and forest roads here in Arizona. I get a good burn and work up a sweat, but the bike gives me the extra help when I need it. What has impressed me just as much as the bike itself is the customer service. ACTBEST has stood behind their product and worked hard to take care of the few issues I've had. Kaylin has been especially helpful, making the entire process easy and reassuring. After more than 1,000 miles, I can honestly say I'm very happy with my ACTBEST bike and with the support I've received from the company. I would definitely recommend ACTBEST to anyone looking for a quality e-bike backed by a company that actually cares about its customers. Thanks again to ACTBEST and Kaylin for all your help. I'm looking forward to putting many more miles on this bike!
