Great Manfrotto replacement
I purchased the Acratech by recommendations from the National Parks at Night photography group. It replaces a heavy Manfroto head that failed on me in Hawaii during a Milky Way shoot. I purchased the Acratech prior to a photography workshop in Chicago. I love it. Light, dials are easily gripped during cool evening. easy to use and gimbal function is fluid! Highly recommend.

Thank you so much! Our products were designed to circumvent the issues we had when photographing outdoors. They have to be light and impervious to the elements that are damaging to tripod heads. We carefully select materials with corrosion and wear-resistant properties to work with our open ball design. Your Acratech ballhead will be with for many years. I have recently purchased a number of Acratech products for my tripods including a couple of ballheads, panoramic heads, levelling base and nodal rail. All these components are beautifully made and are of the best quality. As a company, Acratech are great to deal with too. When I made a number of individual orders, each with its own postal charge, the company staff contacted me and advised that they were bundling items together in one package so as to save postage costs. I reside in Australia and the saving was considerable. They refunded that saving to my PayPal account. The great quality of the products plus the company's great service deserves my highest recommendation. Another plus is the products are manufactured in the USA!

We do our best to look after our customers' needs. Automation is a great thing but computers miss details that are obvious to the human eye. I remember your orders and it seemed wrong for us to ship items together and not refund the shipping.
