The purchase went fine
The purchase went fine, the product works exactly as expected. I was sent an email to create a review of the product ... which I did ... and when I tried to post the review, the system failed and told me that "only people who have purchased this product can review it." Huh? Stupid.

Still haven’t received my package and…
Still haven’t received my package and customer service was no help.

Hi Jason, I apologize for the problem. Your order came in on the 3rd, we shipped it out on the 4th. You called several days later and we tracked the package for you and the tracking said delayed. We did not think too much of this because, lately it is so common to have some sort of delay with just about every carrier. We called Fedex yesterday and they said the package was lost. We reshipped your order the same day. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

The quality of the product is normal its price is disproportionate
The quality of the product is normal and its price is disproportionate, the side wheel is uncomfortable to use on flat platforms, the base should be totally flat. Another inconvenience was the shipping costs totally disproportionate being an ordinary shipping and with more than 3 weeks to arrive to my country. I would not buy it again. Greetings

Hi Jonathan, We are very sorry that you are unhappy with our product and shipping. Putting a tripod head on a tripod with a large top platform is a problem in that it makes using the pan knob difficult. We make risers for these tripods to help with this. The shipping is out of our control. We have noticed a huge increase in delays with our international orders since before the holidays. In an effort to offer lower international shipping rates we have only given the option for US Postal Priority Mail. I recently added FedEx to the options. I will look into how to apply a discount for our international customers to make choosing FedEx a more attractive option. Sincerely, Patty Acratech, Inc.

Disappointed
I'm very disappointed because in the web it's not clearly stated that I must pay import taxes at customs. I had to add one third of the sale price.

We are very sorry that our website cannot tell you how much the duties, taxes and fees are. It is because they are different for every country and the carriers also have different fees. This also can vary with the changing exchange rates. These costs are something we assume the buyer is aware of. Again, I am very sorry. Sincerely, Patty

Not what I expected
Not what I expected. It really is a lot for not much of anything. I still don't get the right look on my computer. I think it also is where you sit or high or low your laptop is. If I line it up then my my screen is too dark. I had hoped it locked my screen in place.

Hi Jeannie, I am sorry it is not what you expected. The viewing Angle Gauge simply provides a simple repeatable reference to view your screen on center-line and perpendicular to it. It is completely unaffected by height you are sitting at. If your screen looks to dark, it is likely that your monitor needs calibration. If your monitor has had the the colors calibrated you will want to calibrate the brightness. The brightness should be adjusted so it is correct when you are viewing your screen as indicated with the Viewing Angle Gauge. There are test patterns that will help you evaluate and adjust the brightness. With proper monitor adjustment and calibration, the Viewing Angle Gauge should work very well for you.
