Delivered on time and the ball head met or exceeded my expectations. Very pleased.

So far the adapter has worked just GREAT for my Hasselblad. I have the 501CM, and the arca Swiss plate screwed right onto the old Hassy proprietary plate that comes on these things....and is secure and doesn't slide or wiggle. It fit just fine on my RRS clamps on my ball head and other equipment of the sort. I spoke on the phone the day I ordered it at length with the nice lady that is co-owner (I"m so sorry I forgot your name)....but what a pleasure to do business with folks like this in a day in age where customer service is a foreign concept. Quick shipment, a phone call gave me all the info I needed....and a great value. I HIGHLY recommend this plate for anyone that needs arca Swiss mounting options for a Hasselblad V series camera!!

Great tripod head! Can’t say enough about it especially doing composite landscape shots. Gets so much abuse out in the field but still works just like new!

Thus far I'm very pleased with my new Acratch GP ballhead. It's 1.6 lbs. lighter than my old NPC ballhead and has more flexibility and nice features I look forward to exploring. I'm surprised Acratech does not recommend carrying a tripod and camera attached to the Acratech GP. Detaching the camera from the tripod ballhead each time I change to a new nearby site doesn't seem practical. My older Arca-Swiss plates appear to have edges that extend further into the receiving channel edges of the new GP. So I'll use the old release plates on the GP, continue to carry my camera on the tripod in the field and hope for the best. The much lighter Acratech now makes my camera rig a candidate for a weight loss ad. .

The dialogue is perfect. In my mind, it will be helpfull to have an overview over all camera plates incl. the dimensions.
