Everything that I have gotten from Acratech has been high quality and that is why I continue to buy from them. This time I bought an "L" bracket and a leveling base that is absolutely great for the panoramas I like to shoot. I did a 14 shot pano last weekend that I didn't have to crop at all because it all lined up perfectly! I used the "L" bracket to take tall double stack Milky Way panoramas, to get the entire arch, and it performed as expected. I also used it on two different cameras and the adjustable portion made it very easy to use the cable release on both styles.

Hi Michael, It sounds like you are the perfect candidate for our universal L. The price seems high until you factor in the cost of having to buy 3 different brackets and possibly more in the future. It is also a big plus to be able to remove it and use only the camera plate, as L brackets tend to add bulk to your camera. Many thanks from all of us at Acratech!
