Acme joy is my new number 1 place for all my needs. I did have a manufacturing issue with my product. They were extremely fast to contact me back and extremely fast in addressing and fixing the issue. I would 100 percent recommend and order again. AW

I received my item very promptly. Unfortunately the item was damaged. After contacting the customer service department and submitting photos of the defective item they immediately shipped me out a replacement at no additional costs. They stand behind their merchandise. Will definitely buy from them again!!

I ordered a product from your company on Oct. 28th and have not received it. My credit card ending in 2624 was charged! The amount charged is $75.63! Please advise how you will rectify this situation! Thank you, Rick Cunico

I had some questions about shipping concern, they got back to me in a relatively prompt manner. Received my parcel shortly after with no issues. Product was actually better than what I was expecting.

This is an excellent company with outstanding customer service and great prices! I ordered three items, one of them was running late and they personally contacted the carrier to make sure that arrived as soon as possible. Plus they offered to replace an item I thought was broken. each time I emailed them I was given a quick, friendly response. I highly recommend this company and will be ordering from them again!!
