Serious company making high quality toys for pleasure. Highly recommended.

The customer service is great they offer many options as well i bought two items and i love them both personally my favorite place to shop when it comes to adult toys honestly

They have the best customer service. Quick to respond and resolved my problem right away.

The product was delivered to the wrong address. Reach out to customer service and they resent it to the same address free of charge

The item I bought from them died after a couple of uses, but customer service was top notch - they offered a refund and it was processed immediately. Will definitely consider buying from them again.

Ordered a product that was back stocked. Customer service took great care of me, notified me of the delay. Annie, the customer support rep responded quickly and helped me feel at ease. Can't wait till my product arives. Thanks again Annie!
