I had a wonderful experience with customer service. I had an issue where I had not received my package and had forgotten about it for months. Customer service responded in a timely manner and had a replacement sent out within a couple of business days. I’m very pleased with the company and my experience :)

Habe einmal bei denen in den USA bestellt und mir zum Glück in ein US-Hotel liefern lassen, so haben sie wenigstens nicht meine deutsche Postanschrift. Sie hatten leider aber meine E-Mail Adresse unter der sie mich seit über einen Jahr mit Werbung "terrorisieren". Newsletter Kündigungen werden stets bestätigt, aber die Werbung wird dennoch weiter ausgeliefert als hätte ich das nie verboten. Versuchen mit haltlosen Argumenten, mich an Einstern-Bewertungsabgabe zu hindern. Inzwischen habe ich die E-Mail-Adresse gelöscht, so dass mich das "Unternehmen" nicht mehr erreichen kann. Kann nur jedem raten, mit einer speziellen E-Mail-Adresse dort zu bestellen, die man sonst nicht anderweitig benötigt.
