Take my review with a grain of salt. I never got the end product but isn't because of them. My bank has a fraud protection and was the main reason I asked for a refund it with paypal balance being dumb and not sending the money while it was in there. The staff though was wonderful. They talked me though things and explained why they couldn't accept a manual deposit. Very professional and nice people.

I've been selling my own merch as an artist for over 5 years now, but I'd rarely be able to ship internationally because of all the logistics and constantly changing shipping policies. But thanks to ACGGoods, i can cater to customers worldwide! They handle all the manufacturing and shipping, and their range of products offer a whole lot of opportunities for merch making. The fact that they forbid AI-generated images makes me love them 1000000x more <333

Acggoods has been really good to me!! I had a lot of trouble setting up and starting my account due to some issues on my end, but all the staff I contacted were really lovely, and I was referred to different members because we couldn't figure out my issue at first, but they were all very lovely and helpful. And I really appreciated the time they took to help me because it was tedious lol. But its been great working with them!

Had to reach out to customer support. Got an incredibly quick and detailed response helping me out. Problem was solved in no time.

the ui needs some serious work. came across many odd behaviours and bugginess both when browsing and uploading designs. could also be streamlined at many points to save time because an extra confirmation screen really adds up when you have hundreds of designs. despite that i do appreciate that there's a lot of flexibility in terms of creation and great product variety. quality is good. the margins are a lot better than other print on demand sites and i'm very thankful that there's an active effort to filter out ai garbarge.

it was pretty easy to navigate and use the site! a lot of my friends also use this website to search for merch of the art they like! highly recommend!
