I entered the store and was jumped on by a fairly large dog. Having been in an accident last year my balance right now is not good. The dog made me lose my balance and took the wind out of me when its front paws hit my stomach. I was really freaked out! When I mentioned this to the cashier all she commented was that the dog occasionally did this. I am appalled and will not visit the store again.

Staff is always helpful. I've never walked in or out of the store without the staff greeting me, saying goodbye, or offering to help me find something.

I'm speaking for Ace hardware In Castle Dale Utah. There always helpful and so nice. I've been here 5 years now and never had an issue with anyone or anything at Ace. I've always been treated like they've known me forever. Always helpful and I've never even had an issue with returns. Which I only returned it because I got the wrong kind but still, no issue at all. And any promotion or add sale that I've got, Ace has always backed it 100 percent. The people that work here are truly good people. My boyfriend and I recommend them to anyone.

Im speaking for the ACE hardware in Ahwatukee Foothill in AZ. The customer service every single time is above and beyond! Everyone is always willing to walk you right to where you need to find an item and you never have to search for someone when you need help. I am always asked if i need help finding something within the first few minutes of walking in. Both the really young and older employees have been spot on for the past year I have been going there.

You should really have your people trained so that some of them will know what respect is. I called, about months ago, knowing that I might not be his target customer, just keep me holding on for 15 minutes on the phone! That leaves no good impression to me anymore!

If you order something off their website, you have to return to the local store. My local store refused the return, said they dont carry it. The online "support" said there is nothing they can do. Who heard of a website that has no return options?
