So far I think it does the basics fairly well but I am not a fan of the lack of customization options. There is no easy way to adjust work orders and material orders to reflect the actual numbers after the job is complete. No option for separate invoice for HO and insurance. The messaging and notifications are clunky and don't take you to the last message sent/received. It will track text messages but won't track calls made out of the app. Too many little things that are common sense that aren't done that could very easily be fixed.

I appreciate this app. It's so detailed and perfect for a business.

I'm generally pretty glad we signed up with AccuLynx. We're still working out some of the kinks and there's a couple suggestions that I would have. The messaging capabilities is a little difficult as I need to CC myself in my messages to make sure I get a notification back. It may be better to have some type of notification that I've been messaged within my G Mail account, as the messages come back as a double message. One that I've messaged them, the 2nd that I've been CC'd. It's a small thing and not a big deal. The major issue we are having is the scheduling. The calendar inside the program is not very good. It's not organized into crews 1-6 or however many we have. If the calendar were set up a little bit different, it would be much better.

This software is a game changer. I have never been so organized and relaxed with a million things going on at once. CRM is a must and Acculynx is the best.

In a nutshell. Cheerful, kind, courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. A pleasure to do business with!

I have found Acculynx to be very useful in keeping my business organized and up to date on the timeline of each account. Keeping all documents, photos, tasks, and most importantly the money trail. It’s a one stop shop! Would be lost without Acculynx.

Acculynx is the best Roofing management software I know. It is a complete location for Sales, Service, Documents, Photos, Office work and follow up communication.
