The photos on the app is terrible. You can’t zoom in very well and whenever you are looking at a picture deep into the file if you try to back out to look at more photos the app starts you over at the most recent photo which is extremely annoying. Also when replying to messages on the app many times it will not let you respond unless you go in and uncheck somebody’s name then check it again then the message will post. Kind of a pain in the ass

I use AccuLynx for all my roofing needs. From writing bids, to keeping in touch with my customers. I'm able to schedule appointments and set reminders as well. The only thing it needs is a Autocorrect function when typing. Other than that, it's great!!

EASY TO USE BUT 2 POINTS I AND OTHER HERE AT SRR WOULD LIKE IS DICTATION TEXT FEATURE AS EASY TO DO FOR NOTES ALSO DOCUSIGN EMAIL STYLE WHERE VARIOUS PARTS SECTIONS CAN BE SELECTED FOR INITIALS OR SIGNATURE

My company just recently switched over to AccuLynx and it was been a decent transition. It is pretty easy to use and our account manager has helped so much. There are several things we are still working through but it will be nice to not have to manually track data anymore.

The roofing company I work for recently started using AccuLynx and it seems easy enough. I didn't watch a tutorial or poke around on YouTube for videos yet, so I am learning on my own. Great organization from here on out!

We signed up for a trial to see how we liked the software. We found that we did like the organization capabilities, but overall our team is too small to fully utilize this type of setup. I think getting used to using the software is the hardest part, but once you have it down it's pretty easy to use. I like that everything is visible at a glance on the home screen, customer tracking is easy to understand, and multiple employees can have different levels of access to information. If our company grows in the next few years to include more people on our management team, I would likely use Acculynx again.
