We had multiple experiences with ABT within a 2 week period. I feel the entire experience from start to finish was top shelf. Professional at all levels.

I like working with Abt. and delivery and installation has always gone well. this last time, we ordered a dishwasher as well as washer and dryer. the dishwasher has been delivered. and once again, the install went well. they called in the morning to give me a delivery window. they came with in that time frame. Very nice guys. I guess they ran into some problems installing but they resolved them quickly and the dishwasher is running smoothly

I had purchased smaller appliances and components for some of our rental properties from ABT previously, and was happy with the products and speed of delivery. So, I thought I'd roll the dice and purchase the Bosch refrigerator for our new mainland residence from ABT, as the usual suspects were having issues with getting stock. I understood that they did not offer installation, but paid for the 'white glove' room-of-your-choice delivery service. Scheduled via the provided link on Pilot's website for an offered day, with a 4 hour delivery window. The day before my delivery appointment, they call and say that they won't be there until the following Tuesday, between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm! They finally arrive a bit before 7:00 pm, and it turns out they mean room of your choice as long as all of your rooms are on the ground floor. They won't do stairs. So, the lovely refrigerator sits in our basement until I can get some off-duty fellows from Lowe's to come finish the job. I'd strongly advise anyone residing in multi-level or view property to purchase your appliances elsewhere.

Product as advertised, super fast shipping and delivery. I would buy from them again

We just had a dishwasher installed. The 2 installers Rob and Pat were beyond great. Rob may have also saved us a lot of money as he pointed out a serious issue with a hot water tank. I’d also call the 2 of them perfectionists as the leveled and measured everything to get it perfect. We will be calling abt’s plumbing dept to fix the hot water tank.

Just replaced our 30+ year-old stove, and literally everything about the experience was outstanding, just like every other transaction with ABT!

This was my first experience with ABT and it will not be my last. The whole process from the sale to delivery was amazing. Everyone was friendly, everything happened as planned and it was totally frustration free which is hard to find these days. I love my new stove and will be back to buy other things soon
