Abt ElectronicsReviews of abt.com

My wife and I just bought a new refrigerator from Abt. Our sales person knew exactly which refrigerators to show based on the measurements we brought in. Had some quick questions to help narrow down the search a bit more. Showed us to the areas where the most likely candidates were on display and let us make our decision. The delivery people showed up when they said they would, knew exactly what they were doing, finished up quickly, and were all around professionals.

Ordered a dishwasher delivery and installation. Delivery was on time and installers were very professional.

Your guys were great. Accommodating and polite. Had a solid plan for installing the ac, and made a few modifications based on my suggestions. Very happy as always with the service. Thanks again

ABT has come SUCH a long way! Their prices are competitive, and if you don't like them, even on their chat you can reach out and see if there are any coupons or discounts. They'll connect you with help and both times I've used this it was super fast. Thank you ABT!

Miele and Abt were disappointing. We purchased a Miele 30 inch range about a year and a half ago. The oven portion would not come up to temperature. Abt service came out a few times and tried a few things to no avail. We were told they just aren't as good as they used to be. We were told they could do no more and contact Miele. Miele sent out a third party repair company. They did finally get the oven to work. We decided to try the self clean mode. This faulted out and this time Miele sent out their own tech. He guessed the problem right away as the other repair folks failed to attach a wire or two. It seems to be working ok now but it seems like a ticking time bomb. Our warranty was extended to two years as Abt certified installers put it in the kitchen. $6500 basic range and a one year warranty should have warned us. We decided with the number of issues we would buy the extended warranty. Miele told us we can't extend the warranty after the first year, even though it is still under a manufacturers warranty. Again no faith in the product? I tried to post a review on the Abt site warning people of issues and they wouldn't post it as the model number has been changed. GEE. wonder why. Our advice: 1) Don't buy a Miele range 2) if you do buy, purchase a warranty at the time of purchase 3) if you need repairs skip ABT and insist on an actual Miele tech. 4) if you have issues, post a review right a way before a ABT will refuse to post!

This is the BEST company to buy from online. They have the best prices and best customer service. I bought 2 major appliances, one of which had to be returned because it did not fit They paid for shipping and issued a prompt refund. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Terrible customer service! Refused to issue refund after I returned the item. Never again!

Ordered a hard to find kitchen appliance from ABT, to be shipped to me about 2000 miles away. Not only was this delivered early but the order was accurate and my warranty was also received via text as ordered. The process was made easy which I appreciated very much. After I arranged and had installation, I found the item working fine and looking great. I would recommend this company enthusiastically and will not hesitate to utilize them again.
