Incredible experience. After dealing with numerous calls I spoke to James. He was transparent and told me about the industry and how it works. I went with him because he was honest and straightforward. Got a price I could digest well and Cybertruck was delivered flawlessly. Save yourself frustration and nonsense and consider this company.

The company did well in the sense that my car was taken from Louisville, KY to Indianapolis. The company they selected to do this did that job well. I am only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the job ended up costing $100 more than what I was quoted. ($199 jumped to $299. It would have actually jumped a little higher, but I was flexible with my days.) But they did their job well.

I needed to ship 2 vehicles from Cheyenne, Wy to Tucson, Az with only a few days notice. Andre helped me with quickly booking a reliable driver at a more than fair price. Within 2 days the delivery driver was able to pick up my cars and get them to Tucson 2 days later. If I’m ever needing a long distance delivery service I will definitely be using this company again.

Horrible experience. Wanted to work with a local company, but would have been better going with anyone else. 1. They don't do any transport themselves; they are just a broker who works with whomever they can find. 2. A price quote of 800 suddenly becomes 1500 "because of the driver"? 3. I try to coordinate the delivery date/time and make an agreement; Lisa multiple times in the discussion says "Driver is saying x"; driver then calls me with a different details altogether. 4. Driver has mechanical issues (I get this happens) and contacts me says he will need to find someone else to deliver. Instead of Lisa then contacting me, I get a message "Is your vehicle delivered safe and sound?" I have to explain to Lisa what is going on and then I get told they mixed up my car with another of the same make. 5. Updates from Lisa are complete B.S. on what is happening. They clearly have no idea what is going on and not filling me with any confidence. When I call them out and ask what the driver is telling them I get "Sir, I'm not in direct contact with the driver because drivers don't take calls directly" -- So I have to call the driver but they can't?? Constantly contradictions, complete B.S. and *Super* unprofessional conduct. Why am I paying them all this money to be a broker and they can't even manage the logistics!?!
