ABROC ENTERPRISES INCReviews of abrocenterprisesinc.com

I needed to arrange for the shipment of a family member's car. I had never done this before and didn't know what to expect. Any questions that I had, Jack was always on top of everything to answer my questions. Initially the only drivers available were very pricey for me. I shared my concerns with Jack and him and his manager went above and beyond to get me what I needed and for time frame that I needed. Thank you Jack and manager for making my first experience a great one.

The service was very kind and informative. Sam Smith did an excellent job keeping me updated and informed in a very professional and endearing manner.

I was very nervous shipping my husband’s classic truck from California to Alabama, especially after hearing so many stories of price hikes after a car has been delivered, but Robert William put my worries at ease. He worked hard to get me the best rate and assure me that wouldn’t happen. My husband’s truck was well taken of and Robert kept communication the whole time. Best price and best service for sure. Thank you Robert

I wanted to recommend this company for your transport needs!! But especially Mathew Brown! He is amazing to work with!! He returned my messages very quickly, and really explained the transport process which I really appreciated! He was trying daily to get me the best price and assured me I would not get ripped off by misc. charges like the other companies do.. I felt like I was in very good hands with Mathew!! Don’t get ripped off by the others.. go with a great company.. and ask for Mathew if you want outstanding service! Deborah Askew-Plant City Florida

Good broker! On time payment.

Excellent company to do business with, good communication and pay the same day after delivery, will do business with them again and again

Abroc quoted a price of $445. Promised pickup on a Monday. When the day came they didn't show up, didn't have a driver, eventually found a driver, late in the day, but told me the price would now be $1099. As far as I am concerned they lied, they misrepresented the service, and they failed to execute the promises they made. I would certainly not deal with them again.

Good customer service and reliable brokerage.
