You cannot order supplies on their website, everything must be done over the phone. Order fulfillment times are abysmal. I placed an order on the 9th of this month and it will not ship until tomorrow the 17th. Considering the nature of the products you sell the shipping process really needs to be straightened up. Good thing there are many other companies to choose from.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have had nothing but trouble with them from the start and I am sure that I am not the only person who has had a bad experience with this company. Where do I start, They blow up my phone with calls/texts and then whenever I call them back they put me on hold every time. My child is special needs and still in need of pullups. Our child is in need of extra pullups since starting school but our child's health insurance will not cover extra pullups from the main supplier. The insurance said that there is a set limit and that if we really needed extra for our child, then we needed to contact ABC Medical. Again, I have had nothing but trouble with ABC Medical. Just know that they expect you to pay out of pocket to return anything and also they will not send any exchances untill you send those supplies back first and also their pullup sizes for children are very different from other companies sizes. My child wears pullups size L/XL in youth from AeroFlow and they fit him great. But the pullups from ABC Medical are WAY OFF, ABC Medical pullups size L/XL in youth is like 4-5 sizes smaller then the pullups from AeroFlow. They both say the same size in youth But CLEARY ABC MEDICAL PULLUPS RAN VERY, VERY SMALL.

This company is the best I’ve ever encountered. Front day 1 till now Danielle has been extremely attentive to the things my son needed. She never missed a call an email nor a message. She is the absolute best. Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Pam and Jerry which were just as pleasant. That tea or coffee they drink to start their day needs to be given to most of these companies to show how real customer care is. You guys rock and you truly made this process pleasant and quick.
