The system has greatly improved…
The system has greatly improved recently. I used to have to re-order by phone, going through the phone menus, etc. This time, the web-based system sent me an email reminding me that I could reorder. Then I went to a page that described the order and allowed me to re-order with just a few clicks. I could do this on a desktop computer and (so far as I recall) did not need a cellphone. (As an older person, I find this to be an advantage.)

A slight information mixup, but all went well.
The order was processed in a quick manner.. however I did have to call after time went by and I didn’t receive my order. Apparently my prescription had run out but I wasn’t informed by your company. And they had the wrong fax number so they couldn’t get in touch with my doctor. I called & got everything straightened out as well as calling my doctor.

Customer service rep was very helpful with processing a reorder - by contacting doctor to refill prescription. Order was shipped the following day - received promptly with FedEx delivery.
