I switched to an online ordering instead of years of ordering on phone. Disaster. Took 5 days of me calling FedEx constantly telling me I wasn’t home when I was, sending the package back to Dayton very far away, mixed messages from them about delivery every day. Took up days of my time. I called you and Daniel said he would speak to your reps about seeing if they intervene and you did nothing. To top it off instead of the sturdy long boxes that you put 2 catheter boxes in you sent a big fat box with weak cardboard and it was all out of shape and beat up. Luckily the catheter boxes do not appear to be damaged. It was a very stressful and time away from work experience.

My supply came in and was found short. I called immediately but was told a 2nd shipment is coming. It did come later but was short of one box (30 counts) of external catheter. I immediately (Thursday, after hours) sent a message to them using their online messenger. It is now Saturday; I have not heard from them.

The ware house is packing the boxes of thirty incorrectly. The are packed on top of each area this crushing the boxes below and punching the cathers. Coloplast backs them on their side. This is the third month with this problem. All the rest of the years shipments were correct!

You keep sending me messages and emails about a document I am supposed to sign. There is nothing to sign and it says my birthdate and name do not match what you have. I WANT YOU TO STOP SENDING ME THIS. I talked to someone at ABC last week and they couldn't find anything and said to ignore it but i can't because you keep sending it!!! STOP!!!

A telephone answerer got my credit card information using a ploy that I would receive a $100. Credit Card bonus and convinced me to give her the confidential information. Either a third party accessed your phone line or a corrupt employee intercepted my call which was a little before 8:30 am your Houston time. I called back and confirmed with your fraud department that there was no $100 promotion and made sure my order was correctly processed. I have not been advised of the results of the fraud investigation. E Cahn
