I have had many problems before, but this time was so wonderful. An agent called me when it was time to order catheters, and our doctor's office must have sent you the updated prescription right away, because the catheters were shipped immediately. The first half of the order came in three days, and the other half that was delayed by serious weather came a couple days later. I was getting updates by text so I didn't have to worry. Great catheters, and this time great service. Thank you! Also, ABC is the only provider who will let us order when we have 10 days left of catheters, so that we can allow for shipping times. This is crucial. Thank you again!

Well, I’ve been with ABC medical for a long time and you just have to get used to out of stocks when Covid hit all the sterile water went to the hospitals. Nothing went to at home patients which is wrong but they do a good job. Take him a little while to get the product to me you know like a week, but that’s why I try to order ahead of time to where I don’t run out but they’ve been OK.
