The leg bags were the opposite of everything I asked for so I called to let you know what the problem was she was going to find a substitute and no one ever called back to let me know if it was resolved or anything

Destiny
I am suppose to get an order of 180 catheters and was only sent 20 in a sandwich baggy. This is suppose to be a medical supply company. This should not happen. Not to mention I have to wait until im down to less than two weeks to order new supplies and now, ill have to wait another week to get my shipment. There is not much room for error when dealing with equipment people need to survive yet this company finds a way. Last month my prescription expired and ABC let me order my supplies and just wait weeks without a phone call to let me know it was expired. On top of being completely unprofessional in communicating with my doctors to correct their mistake. Now this month I wait over a week for the supplies to arrive only to get a fraction of them in a sandwich bag. So inappropriate and unprofessional.
