I rent for 2 of my homes and I gotta say customer service is horrible. They love to hang up on you and are just always rude. They make lots of money off renting their subpar furniture you would think they would at least be courteous. I've never been rude to them. I think I may look elsewhere.

Do not rent from Aaron's in Gastonia North Carolina on Franklin Boulevard. They rented me a used queen size box spring and mattress when I thought it was going to be brand new, and that's not even the problem. Here's the problem . Not only did someone else sleep on it, but when they brought it to my home, there were still families living in it! Yes!!! That is correct!!! Little tiny families of bed bugs! Yes!! I said that correctly, and according to my exterminator " oh they've been in there quite some time " and that's 3 weeks after I made my first payment! Yep, so I didn't have my box spring and Mattress but 3 weeks and I had families of bed bugs living in my bed ; ain't that nice? Ain't that cozy ? Don't that just make you want to just wanted to put your PJs on and hop in the bed? I've been sleeping out here on my couch that I bought from Aaron's , and paid off! Oh and guess what they want me to do now? After they came into my home and did an inspection and talk to me like crap, now they want to wait until the exterminators come in here and do a full run through with a crew with and get rid of the bed bugs and I can't even talk ! They got me so mad they they do a whole extermination and everything and then they'll come get the mattress basically I have to handle their problem and then they'll come get the mattress and box spring . SMDH. Ain't that awesome? Why so they can rent it out again? Probably. So just want to warn everybody , if you're going to go get a box spring and Mattress go somewhere else, because here in a couple weeks they'll be another used mattress and box spring up for rent at Aaron's, and it'll probably be this one. Trust me your Gigi wouldn't stare you wrong

I was in the store too long. I finally got my order in. I ask my sales lady repeatedly what my payment would be on delivery. (Because corporate has a .01 cent deal going for 2 more weeks). I was told I am a gold member and would not need to pay anything. Then she stayed if there was a payment it would be very small. Morning of my delivery, a very rude worker called my home on an unlabeled phone line to tell me I need to pay on my rental or they would not deliver it today. I tried to explain my conversation with the sales lady, and this caller stated that they needed that full payment today. I tried multiple times to sign my contract while there and to find out my payment to see if I needed to wait to order. I was told that I could pick the day of my payment and due my gold status I would not need to worry about much of a payment today but most likely, I would not need one. I have delt with Aaron's for years, but no more. No one needs to be treated like that. Honesty is always best.

I ordered a washer froln Aarons on ;5/308. Before placing the orderv the ad said deliveryvin 2 days. 0.1 due ayt timr of delivery. Aftrr conpetibg the appkication and order , the delivery date chabged to june 9. It saud nreded to be dekivredvto the local store. I wasnt happy as my washer brokr a monyh ago. . The confirmation said i would be notifued to scheule delicery aboot 48 hours begire to set a timr. I havr not had any otger cobtact ubtil yestetday i set up an aarons accoubt and set up ez pay n at this tinr i eas charged an 11.98 membership fee as well as a prorated amount ubtil the date of payment. Needibg the washer i just agreeed abdpasid the rewurstdd 41.23. i called the local store to set dekivery time , the web site saud tiday , which great a day earlier. I called abd yes the washer us there but no dliverry ubtil Thursdsy tge 11. Had thst bebj indicated to ne anwhere i would have cancelled prior to . paying. The associate onntge ohone asked if this was ny furst tike calling. I gotvthe emsilbto call at 1 am today . I tge store opens at 10am. I calked at 1003; am. I dont think i delayed anythibg.

We love Aaron's. Have used them for years. They used to have a "pause" in their contracts where you could miss a payment without penalty if you had a tight month. I think that payment was added on to the end of the lease. I don't know if they still do that. We've gotten furniture and other things from them. Quality good help selecting furniture. No problems. Great people. We use the store in Johnstown. On Scalp Ave. Great people. Payments are affordable and easy to do. They actually care which item you buy and spend time helping you pick out what you want . Not just anything they can sell you. Make sure to check the damaged and scratch and dent items. They can be a great buy.

The delievery was nice and easy the worker's was vry nice and helpful Jose & Dequan put everypiece where i wanted it and set it up 2 nice gentlemen 5
